Sub: Quotation invited for Laboratory Tables and Stools – Reg.

Dear Sir/Madam
I invite sealed quotation for supply of the following Laboratory Tables and Stools made of teak wood as per the specification given in the diagram (enclosed). These tables are to be used in Ultra-clean Geochemical laboratory and TIMS Lab and should conform to the following specification.

Specification: -

1.   Dimension of the items should be as per the enclosed diagrams.
2. All the items should be made of teak wood and top should be good quality white decolam laminate on Plywood of 20 mm.
3.   Table and stools should be painted with clear Polyurethane paint.
4.   Provided with plastic hinges and knobs.
5.   No locks and key for the cubicles / draws.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Quotation must be valid up to 31st March 2006 or at least for three months

2.   The quotation must be sealed and superscripted as “Quotation invited for Laboratory Tables and Stools”. The quotation should reach the undersigned before 4:00 PM on 28th November 2005.
3.   Specifications of items should be clearly mentioned.
4.   The taxes, excise duty, freight and forwarding charges etc. must be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
5. Quotations should contain technical brochure / information on the above items, otherwise it will be summarily rejected
6. The University has right to select or reject any quotation partly or fully without assigning any reason.
