Sub: Quotation invited for Quartz Columns – Reg.

Sir,
I invite sealed quotation for supplying the following Quartz Columns as per the terms given below:

All Quartz Column, with reservoir as shown in diagram A and B (enclosed). The reservoir made of Quartz should be connected to the column with smooth tapering.

Column – A	Column – B
Reservoir: - Inner Diameter (ID) – 15mm Length - 110 mm	Reservoir: - Inner Diameter (ID) – 12mm Length - 90 mm
Tube: - Inner Diameter (ID) – 5mm Length – 210mm	Tube: - Inner Diameter (ID) – 5mm Length – 120mm
Quartz Fritte – Sp. No. 3	Quartz Fritte – Sp. No. 3

We may need about 10 Columns of each type.

Terms and Conditions:

1.    The quotation must be sealed and superscripted as “Quotation for supply of Quartz Columns”.
2.    Quotation must be valid up to 15th March 2006 or at least for three months
3.   The quotation should reach the undersigned before 4:00 PM on 28th November 2005.
4.    Specifications of items should be clearly mentioned.
5.   The taxes, excise duty, freight and forwarding charges etc. must be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
6. Quotations should contain technical brochure / information on the above items, otherwise it will be rejected
7. The University has right to select or reject any quotation partly or fully without assigning any reason.
