are invited for the supply of the following equipments complete with
accessories for a DST Project awarded to Dr.K.Srikumar, Reader, Dept.
of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, School of Life sciences,
Pondicherry University. 1. Oympus oil immersion microscope with all attachments for system interfacing (complete with halogen light illuminator, high performance lenses, wide field eye pieces, antifungus multipower objectives, cord cover, immersion oil and microscope cover) 2. Biocraft microtome (for preparation of 2-8micron tissue slices) regular and refrigerated models complete with all accessories, tissue holders, coupling jars, hot plates, knife & knife holder. 3. SDS-PAGE apparatus (8 x 8 cm, double gel casters, with power pack (400mAmps, 300V,75W, digital display type with timer, with ports for 4 gel runs.) 4. Gel blotting (two sandwich cassettes each for 8 x 8 gels) apparatus with power pack (400-1000mAmps, digital display) 5. Positive displacement pipettes P20, P200,P1000, P5000 6.
