computers and peripherals
Sealed bids are invited on behalf of the University, by registered post for the items mentioned annexure enclosed, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 23rd December 2005 at 2:30 p.m subject the following conditions. 1) As per the
university rules no freight or advance towards the cost of items are
payable.
2) The
envelope carrying the quotation should be super scribed with last date
and time of the quotation.
3) The
university has the right to accept or not to accept any quotation and
has the right to restrict the quantity, number of items of purchase.
4) The
university has the right to reject the quotation which has corrections
in the rates and other figures quoted.
5) The supply should be
made in the premises of Department of Ecology and Environmental
Sciences, Pondicherry University, Kalapet, Pondicherry –14.
6)
Indicate actual
tax chargeable, since no D Form will be issued.
7)
Enclose the relevant catalogue/Manual for all the instruments quoted.
8) An EMD of Rs. 5000/- in the form of a DD
favouring the Finance Officer, Pondicherry University should be
enclosed along with the bid.
9) Bid should clearly indicate the specification and
if more than one alternative is quoted for all alternatives may be
quoted in detail.The Envelopes must be addressed to the Coordinator, Sustainable Development Programme, c/o Department of Ecology & Environmental Sciences, Pondicherry University, Pondicherry 605 014 and also be super scribed “Supply of Computers and Peripherals for SD Program” The quotation would be opened on the same day (23/12/05) at 400 p.m. in the Department of Ecology.
