Quotation called for Computer Lab Purchase of Microprocessor Trainer

| Sealed quotations are
invited for supply of Microprocessor Trainer kits with the following
specifications on or before 09.09.2005 at 3.30 p.m. The
DGS&D rate contract copy should be enclosed along with the
quotation if DGS&D approval is accorded. The
quotation should be addressed to Internal Auditing Officer, Pondicherry University, R.Venkataraman Nagar, Kalapet, Pondicherry-605 014, subscribing “PUCC-Quotation for Microprocessor Trainer and its Accessories” on the envelope. The Specifications of the Microprocessor Trainer Kit - The microprocessor trainer offered should be capable of demonstrating all the features of 8085 Processor. - on board keyboard operation & facility to link a PC to upload and download program files and to verify the processor status through RS-232C interface. - on board 7 Segment LED Display for address and data. - LED Indicators for power and Status. - The unit should be versatile and with robust, dust proof storage enclosures. - Keyboard and serial monitor programs to support the entry of user programs, editing, relocation, debug facilities like break points, single stepping. - suitable memory (8kB minimum) for user program storage with battery backup. - facility to connect interface modules for training and development of project works. - ZIF socket for EPROM programming - Standard accessories such as i) Regulated DC Power supply to power the trainer and interface modules. ii) Flat ribbon cables for interface connections iii) RS232C Interface connecting cables to connect PC. iv) Software for PC interface & Operation v) Powerful Monitor routine and built-in sample programs loaded in ROM vi) Detailed user Manual giving complete hardware details and operating instructions. vii) Monitor listing, Instruction Set Card for ready reference. - The Interface modules for the above kit to demonstrate - keyboard control, ADC with DAC, Temperature monitor and Traffic light sequencer may be quoted separately. - Any other standard or optional Accessories required for improving the effective utility of the trainer may be indicated along with the cost details. Terms and Conditions: 1. Net price should be quoted including all taxes 2. Delivery to our premises on FOR destination basis within a week from the date of receipt of supply order. 3. Payment will be made after satisfactory supply and installation 4. On site comprehensive warranty for all items should be clearly stated. 5. Post Warranty AMC terms may be indicated 6.
