NOTICE

Sealed quotations are invited for supply of tyres, tubes and flaps for Ashok Leyland Buses with the following specifications so as to reach the Office of the undersigned on or before 22.08.2005. The DGS&D rate contract copy should be enclosed along with the quotation of DGSD approval is accorded. The quotation should be sent through post to the undersigned superscribing “Quotation for supply of Tyres”.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Net price should be quoted inclusive of all taxes

2. Delivery to our premises on FOR DESTINATION basis within a week from date of receipt of the supply order.

3. Payment will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the goods.

4. University is not entitled to issue ‘D’ Form for availing concession in tax.

5. Warranty period if any should be clearly given.
