Sealed bids are invited on behalf of the University, by post for the
items mentioned below, so as to reach the undersigned on or before
13-2-2006 at 3.00 PM subject the following specifications and
conditions.

1) Net price should be quoted including all taxes.
2) The envelope carrying the quotation should be superscribed with last
date and time of the quotation.
3) The university has the right to accept or not to accept any quotation
and has the right to restrict the quantity, number of items of purchase.
4) The university has the right to reject the quotation which has
corrections in the rates and other figures quoted.
5) Delivery to our premises on FOR destination basis within a week from
the date of receipt of supply order.
6) University is not entitled to issue C/D forms for availing concession
in tax.
7) Enclose the relevant catalogue/Manual for the copier quoted.
